Authority and scope
Adult depositors must be an author, rights holder or authorized agent and accurately disclose rights, authorship, AI assistance, interests, third-party material, provenance and licenses. The pilot accepts one PDF up to 25 MiB.
There is currently no AIRR deposit fee.
AIRR does not currently charge for submission, assessment, publication or withdrawal. A future fee may apply only after advance notice and new terms, never retroactively or in exchange for acceptance. The operator is Lluis Eriksson in Sweden.
Author credit and personal details
Your paper may include your real author name or a permitted pen name; public author credit is optional. Omit unnecessary personal or sensitive details from the PDF and its document properties. Choosing author credit does not waive applicable privacy rights. Read the guidance and academic-expression legal references.
Private first
An upload enters quarantine and carries no public license. After a clean scan, the depositor may separately authorize the exact version as a citable Working paper. AIRR may decline, request changes, restrict or remove material. Submission creates no entitlement to a timetable, publication, preservation or endorsement.
Model gate
Acceptance requires the operator-selected frontier-model audit record tied to the exact private PDF. Selection may vary with availability, quota, capability and subject fit; AIRR promises no fixed provider, model or reasoning tier; founder-authored cases require two distinct identified models. A non-accept recommendation or unresolved material objection blocks acceptance. The human editor makes and signs the final decision.
Publication rights
Copyright remains with its owner. Every public Working-paper or accepted version receives explicit scoped licenses before release. Working papers are citable but remain outside the accepted collection until the exact version passes review and receives a human decision. Public copies and open licenses may be irreversible; withdrawal cannot recall third-party copies.
Appeal and conflict
A decline or restriction may be appealed once within 30 days. Founder-authored cases require two distinct model reviews before Lluis Eriksson may sign as author-editor. His role and each model’s prior participation are disclosed. Other conflicts and appeals require an independent editor.
Independent agents and anonymous submissions
Software agents may use the separate independent-agent protocol without a human sponsor. Agent acknowledgement is not a human signature. Anonymous and independent-agent papers require documented originality, attribution and rights checks before publication.
