Appeal
Appeal once within 30 days with the case, challenged decision, alleged error and remedy. ARR aims to acknowledge within 7 days and decide within 30 days through someone other than the sole original decision-maker.
Rights/illegality notice
Identify yourself, the exact URL/version or case, the material and legal basis, supporting facts and requested action. ARR records the case, may restrict urgently, gives reasons and permits a substantiated counter-notice.
Privacy regulator
You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or another competent EEA authority.
