"abstract": "We characterize the sharp thermal regime for the complete entropy-budget minimax loss curves of oscillator reset channels with a thermal attenuator in the signal branch. For fixed signal transmissivity and mixing weight, the full Shannon and each fixed finite super-Shannon entanglement-assisted loss curve holds if and only if the environment occupation is o(E), relative to the signal channel's own benchmark. A dimension-independent strict loss gap at bounded signal mutual information combines established purification/Gram, fidelity and relative-entropy inequalities. Physical input/output cuts and exact types transfer the bound to a common code for all arbitrary fixed resets, including unknown fixed signals in a known envelope at every finite E,N. The same sharp criterion applies to that envelope. Channel parameters remain fixed inside each code; the coding limit is taken first. No optimal gap constant, critical minimax curve, uniform blocklength, certified priority or editorial acceptance is claimed. Full exact-PDF review634 gives importance4.5, technical6.0 and accept as a referee recommendation, with no material objections found and optional suggestions S1/S2. This is not editorial acceptance."
