"abstract": "We study the entropy-budget minimax law for oscillator reset channels with a thermal attenuator in the transmitted branch. For environment occupation n=o(E), the full Shannon and fixed finite super-Shannon loss curves coincide with the earlier identity and pure-loss curves relative to the thermal signal channel’s own entanglement-assisted benchmark. The proof combines a bounded Choi form, a largest-eigenvalue bound for near-capacity inputs, fixed-reference output pinching and Audenaert’s established telescopic relative-entropy inequality. Explicit input/output truncation errors give a matching common-code lower bound without an energy bound on the reset. A separate statement treats unknown fixed signal parameters in a known sublinear-temperature envelope. All channel parameters remain fixed within a code; the coding limit is taken first at each fixed energy and family. No uniform blocklength, efficient code, complete critical-temperature law, worldwide originality or editorial acceptance is claimed. The exact eight-page PDF has complete requested Astra xhigh review620: importance 4.0, technical 5.5, minor_revision, with one nonmaterial pinpoint citation correction R1. Its original report and objection are retained; other PDFs do not inherit that score."
