"abstract": "We construct real rational matrix tuples whose covariance-optimized operator capacity is explicitly known, but whose amplified determinant witnesses have large or undecidable dimension requirements. A rational multiplication block converts signed unitary relations into a linear matrix pencil. Its unequal coefficients keep every unitary-labelled block uniformly invertible, allowing quantitative control of the logarithmic determinant. Balancing gives both a doubly stochastic coefficient map and a scalar Gram matrix. Applied to finite Clifford relations and established stability bounds, the construction yields a polynomial-size family with an exact finite optimizer for which inverse-polynomial relative accuracy requires exponentially large auxiliary dimension. Applied to known results on linear-system games, it makes both finite exact saturation and asymptotic saturation undecidable, and produces nonattainment at every finite auxiliary size. The undecidability and Clifford dimension theorems are inherited inputs; the contribution is their balanced determinant reduction. No constant-gap approximation hardness or noncomputability of numerical approximation is asserted."
